The Paulden Area Community Organization is in full holiday cheer after hosting the annual PACO Spirit of Christmas pageant and holiday dinner.

Both events were presented in connection with Paulden Churches United and the Paulden Food Bank, the pageant on Dec. 9 and the dinner on Dec. 15.

The pageant, featuring local talent, was a portrayal of a small town preparing its annual church Christmas show.

"We will watch as they go through a dress rehearsal of A Fantastic Journey, Anytown, USA," said emcee and local Pastor Ron Burnsteel.

Burnsteel invited the audience to enjoy the show, complete with comedy and sing-alongs to holiday favorites.

The dinner was free and open to all, and featured a full ham and turkey dinner with all the trimmings.

Donations, either monetary or food, were accepted to help the Paulden Food Bank, located at 165 Aspen Road in Paulden.

Both events were held at the Paulden Community Center on the corner of Big Chino Road and Highway 89.

More information on all PACO activities can be found at www. pauldenarea.info.
